About this store

Zero Dollar Coach operates this online merchandise store, hosted by Shopify. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, or interference with the website or other customers.

Products and orders

Our merchandise is made to order by production partners. Review the description, size chart, color, quantity, and delivery address before completing checkout. Screen settings and the printing process can cause minor differences between images and the finished item; this does not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, an order contains an obvious pricing or listing error, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled portion.

Prices and payment

The currency, item prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you submit payment. Prices may change for future orders. Payment is collected at checkout using the payment options displayed there.

Production, delivery, and cancellations

Production and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping policy. Availability of a shipping service depends on your items and destination. Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation; requests can only be accommodated before production begins.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and refund policy covers damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not offer returns or exchanges for size selection or change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy policy explains how information is collected and used. We use your contact information to send order and shipping updates and respond to support requests. Marketing preferences can be managed separately.

Website content and outside services

Store designs, images, text, and branding belong to Zero Dollar Coach or their respective rights holders. Purchasing an item does not grant a right to reproduce artwork for resale. Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked websites may have their own terms for the services they provide.

Availability and consumer rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions or errors may occur. Please tell us if you notice a problem. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, statutory remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
